I was browsing ftspeed.com for parts and the brand selection felt kind of limited. They had a few of the bigger names, but a lot of the stuff I was actually looking for either wasn’t listed or was out of stock. The site itself is fine to use, but I expected more options. I also reached out with a question and the email reply felt super automated, like a robot was answering instead of a real person. Ended up checking other sites to find a few of the brands I needed.

The shipping took way longer than I expected, and that kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I was waiting around for days past when I thought it would arrive, and it just got more annoying the longer it dragged on.

I found the parts I needed here for less than a couple other sites I checked. Shipping was reasonable too, so no complaints there. Overall, I’m happy with the value and I’d definitely order again if the prices stay this good.

The tracking updates was easy to follow and kept changing as the package moved, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. It showed up right when it said it would.

The parts was packed well and everything came in with no problems. I’d definitely order from them again

I found a promo code for my order and it actually worked, which was a nice surprise. The prices were better than a few other places I checked, so that was good good. The only thing was the shipping updates were slow and I kept checking more than I wanted to. Overall though, I’m still happy with it...

The weird part is the part showed as in stock when I ordered it, but a few days later I was told it wasn’t actually available. The refund went through without any issue, so that was fine, but it was still frustrating to wait around for nothing because the inventory wasn’t updated

The install guide was okay. It helped a bit, but I still had to figure some things out on my own.
